Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of virtual products, refunds are only provided for cases that meet the following criteria:

A full refund is provided if issues are encountered during download or installation, and after customer service assistance, it is determined that the issues are caused by device factors rather than personal factors, rendering the product unusable.

Refunds will not be provided for personal reasons such as impulsive purchases, not reading the instructions clearly leading to a mismatch in product expectations, not finding a use for the product, or taking up phone storage, etc.

Usage of unofficial pirated software, or failure to update the software to the latest compatible version due to personal factors, does not meet our refund criteria.
